The Georgia Supreme Court unanimously reversed Lorenzo Dexter Lindsey’s Murder conviction and life plus 25 year sentence after an appeal briefed and orally argued by Joseph R. Neal, Jr.. The Justices ruled 7-0 in the Defendant’s favor that Judge Bernard Mulherin’s illegal casino online admission of incriminating hearsay evidence deprived the Defendant of a fair trial and ordered a retrial of the case.
